Windows Security Problem with NDIS on 98

What sort of security error results when a Windows 98 OS is on a computer
with a Processor having a speed greating than 2.1 Ghz? I am recieving an
error when Windows is attempting to initialize NDIS. It proceeds to prompt
me to restart my machine, when the process only repeats itself.
