Windows Server 2003 and DAPs

I have a Windows 2000 Server that I want to upgrade to Windows Server 2003.
I have DAPs deployed to the Internet and Intranet on a website running on
IIS 5.0 on the server, connected to a database on SQL Server 2000 on the
same server. Does anybody know if the DAPs will continue to work with
Windows Server 2003?
