Windows Server 2003 - Crashes after install of SP1

If anyone out there in Google land can help me out - it sure would be
appreciated!.. I have reviewed some of the known causes of this issue:
ie: Server 2003 crashes (goes into an endless reboot loop! - after SP1
has been installed!) and there seems to be no known fixes - when
looking over to MS - all its says is to wait till they come up with
SP2.. duh!.. not likely!.

I have (had!) a good 600Mhz system - but motherboard went to never
never land!.. so I ended up (due to lack of moola!) replacing with a
generous offer from my apt manager - which I have assisted on numerous
occasion on their systems failures! - so she gave me an older 200Mhz -
Pentium 1 - I installed my 20G drive - since the 80G drive I had
earlier was totally toast!.. so I repartitioned this disk using FDISK
into two 10G partitions - loaded XP Pro on the C: and Server 2003 on D:
Drive - XP Pro has been giving me problems and I feel Server 2003 is
more stable - or so I thought!..

Now all seemed fine till SP1 on S2003 loaded - now crashes constantly
and I have to reboot (since I installed dual boot features!) to XP Pro
- granted both versions are the trial version - but that should not
affect how it performs!..(Hey I got them free from going on to my MCSE
2003 at SMU - so what not use them!..)..

I did see something about taking out or disabling HTTP 1.1 - but when I
review - I do not have that enabled!.. so thats not an issue!.. or is
it?..

and reloading a .sys file on windows\temp directory?..

If anyone had or has a turn around this issue - I would appreciate - I
hate to have to re-install W2K3 once again (did it once before - and
its getting tedious to say the least!)..

email me direct: (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) or post
herein!..

Anything would be appreciated!..
