Windows Server 2003 / Terminal server installation

Hi, I'm currently installing windows server 2003. I have it set up in
terminal server mode (application mode). I've install office 2003 on it no
problem.

But, I need to install access 97 on it (old db application still in use).
When I go to install just access 97 , it doesn't finish installing. It says
, it's missing the system.mdw file in windows/system32. I copied that file
(system.mdw) to that directory , and access97 runs ok on it.

I've setup the obdc dsn connection and when I try launching the custom
database (that uses access 97) , it crashes.

I checked the error log, and it says something about access 97 causes an
exception and terminates @ some memory location.

I've tried reinstalling, no luck. I'm not sure what I should do to get this
working now.

Sincerely
joe
