Windows Server 2003

Anyone familiar with the software? I've received the program from my
corporate office and unfortunate I don't know jack about it. I've told them
I will see what I can learn about it and hopefully get it setup. I would
like to simply use it to host my web pages. Is that feasible and how do I
set that up? I installed it with a partition so I can run Windows XP or
Windows Server 2003 if I want. Any help here would be great.

Windows Server 2003 can certainly do that.

This isn't especially difficult, but listing all the
configuration details is a bit much for a newsgroup
response.

At a high level, you have to install Internet Information
Services (IIS), which I believe is under a category
called Application Server. Then you activate the IIS
features you want to use.

I installed it with a partition so I can run Windows XP
or Windows Server 2003 if I want.

This is a bit unusual. Usually a server needs to run
24x7, and you wouldn't want to take it down and boot some
other operating system.
