Windows Sharepoint Services and Project Server 2003

Already have WSS installed on a server that I now want to install Project
Server 2003. Looking for advice on best methods for installation. Is it ok
for both to be on the same box?

Any gottcha's?

There are a number of good articles on this topic. To answer your main
question, yes -- they can both be installed and run from the same server.
