Windows to Mac Word X

I use Mac Word X to print financial reports prepared in Windows Word. Most
columnar financial statements require manual changing of the formatting so
that the figures are not cut off after 2 or 3 places. Is there any way to
avoid this?

Hi Arthur,

The most likely problem is font substitution.
