Windows Update mangled Outlook

After Windows XP Cumulative Security Update KB980182 loaded, I lost the
following Outlook 2003 functions.
**Reminders
**Ability to open or save attachments
**Ability to access my 3 extra Contact lists

I have tried System Restore back 2 months and none of the attempts to
resorte worked.

Does anyone have a fix or work around for this?
