Windows Update Prompts Office 2K7 System For Office 2K3 SP3 Patch?

I'm running Office 2K7 Ultimate and just got the prompt to install an Office
2K3 SP3 high-priority update (119.9MB) when I checked Windows Update for
recent patches. Is anybody else getting this message? I'm holding off on
installing this till I get clarification of some kind.

Thanks for your help.

I am also getting the same request to install Office 2003 SP3 although I am
running Office 2007. I am also holding off on install.
