Windows XP acting scary

I will be typing and all of a sudden one of the toolbars
will open up, or one of the icons will open up, and I'm
not clicking on any of them. For example, "File",
or "Drawing", or "Fonts" will suddenly open up in the
middle of my typing or even when I just leave the
computer alone. Anyone know what's wrong? It's starting
to scare me.
