I accidentally saved a blank word document onto a 9 page
document. How can I restore the original 9 page
document? thank you.

With luck you will have Word setup to make a backup - do so now!
If not, you will need specialised disc editing tools - such as File Recovery
http://www.lc-tech.com/, but there are no guarantees and the longer you use
the machine the more of the 'document' is likely to be overwritten.
