Windows XP Home Edition Keeps Coming Up In Safe Mode:

This has only happened recently, i.e., for the last
week. How do I correct it?

Also, I cannot see all of my Internet Explorer Icons
(that is those things that are above and below the
Address Bar. I've tried to re-arrance the links, but
nothing seems to work.

Sure would appreciate your help.
