I have noticed that from time to time Outlook 2000 doesn't fully shut down.
It will leave the OUTLOOK process (sometimes upto 20 instances) running in
the background and it is impossible to reopen the program unless ending the
process. Is this a compatibility issue between the O/S and Office or another
piece of software... I have listed most of the programs we use below, if
there is anything you spot that doesn't look good, please let me know so I
can look into it further. Thanks
- Windows XP Pro (O/S)
- Office 2000
- Scansoft Paperport 9.0
- Symantec AntiVirus (Corporate - Running from Server)
- Brother software for external fax (Not tied into Outlook)
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2004
- Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Thats pretty much it... Thanks for the help!
