Windows XP Professional PC Reboots when printing from Access 2003

I have a situation where multiple people in a group utilize an Access
2003 database. Only one user has this issue. When she attempts to
print to a regular HP LaserJet from the database, her screen goes dark
and her PC reboots. When she prints to the MS Office Document Image
Writer from this same database, she has no issues. Any thoughts on
what might be causing this? She is able to print to this same printer
from other MS Office programs with no issues. Thanks for any help you
can provide.

I see no one has yet answered you - will take a stab at it but don't want to
put you on a wild goose chase.

Maybe related to her machine's driver of that printer in some way. I've
seen it before.

Is the database split so that she has (and everyone has) their own front end
of the Access database? If not - it might explain why her other Office
products print ok - they are running on her machine while possibly the Access
is running on the other machine....but not sure....

I agree that a printer driver problem is a possibility. I've seen Access
reports have 'issues' with a printer driver even when other programs were
able to use the same driver.
