Windows XP = Operating System.
Office XP = Productivity suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
One has nothing to do with the other. If you want to buy Office XP, you can
buy the full retail version if you do not have Office 97 or 2000, or, if you
have one of the named suites, you can order the Upgrade.
The Office Programs are installed on the platform, in this case, Windows XP.
