I keep getting an error message when I am in the middle of
working on a project. It will come up with a Visual C++
run time error and then I can't do anything and I loose my
project. What can I do?

What application are you referring to? Word? Excel? Project?

If the application is anything other than Word then please post in the
appropriate newsgroup. Please include the version, patches you have
installed, details of the error, and what you are doing when the error
occurs.
