getting message:
error loading c\windows\system32\msiefr40dll
Access denied
note:
I only get this message on my second user.
The primary seems ok. Any suggestions????

Try giving full administrative rights to the second user.
Could be that they don't have all of the read/write/delete
priveleges which Access requires.
