WinINet error 12110

Hi,
I'm using FP2000 and sometimes when I publish I get an error "An unknown
WinINet error has occured (code 12110)" Can someone tell me what this is?
If I click OK, publish, OK , publish ..... at some point it will go on and
publish.

ERROR_FTP_TRANSFER_IN_PROGRESS
The requested operation cannot be made on the FTP session
handle because an operation is already in progress.
