If an Outlook user sends an Excel document as an
attachment (and recepients attributes in the Address Book
are set to RTF) then the Notes user recipient receives a
Winmail.dat file and no Excel document.
I have read all the articles and know how to turn RTF on
locally and globally but do you know - is RTF set by
default for all clients added to the Address Book.
It looks like the default setting is "Let Outlook decide
the best sending format" "
Who knows what the default setting is?
