One user sends an attachment to an email address and when they receive it
it's a winmail.dat file. If she uses a different machine the attachment goes
through fine. If she sends the attachment to the email address as CC: they
receive the attachment fine. We have changed the way the email is sent out
according to the MS Knowledge Base Articles and reinstalled Office. This is
just bizaar. We are planning on rebuilding her machine and seeing if that
helps. Where could the problem lie if she can send from a different machine
and using CC:?

I appreciate the quick response. I have done both of these and she is still
having the same problem. ANy other ideas?

It's not possible for you to do "both of these" unless you have
more than one version of Outlook on the computer, which should
not be possible. Maybe you should read the instructions again
for whichever version of Outlook you're working with.
