Winterm, Access and snapshot viewer.

Hi:

I have used combinations of ( Access 2000, snapshot viewer Version 9 ) and
( Access 2003, snapshot viewer version 11 ) to produce snapshots of Access
Reports. In all cases, I have no problems with displaying the correct
information on the snapshots. However, my client is using winterm to run
the Access Reports ( Access 2003 and snapshot version 11 ). A lot of their
snapshots of the Access reports display missing information such as
Headings, Lines, Numbers, Total Amounts. I checked my Access Reports and
have found out that it is not due to programming error.

Could someone please comment on problems with using winterm to produce
snapshots from Access Reports?

Please help because this is a urgent matter.
