The error message about this file missing keeps showing up since loading
Office 2003. This shows up only when using Outlook. Also, Outlook will not
connect to my server despite proper settings. The window keeps popping up
asking for email and passwork. Any suggestions why? Word and Excel are
working ok.

Hi Jessiedog,
it is not an Microsoft dll.
SO please try to scan your pc with an Antivirus and Antispam program!
