WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in module OLEAUT32.DLL

Whenever I try to start up Microsoft Word it perfroms an
illegal operation and shuts down. When i click on details
I get the error WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
module OLEAUT32.DLL at 01b7:77131b0f. I've tried changing
the normal.dot but it didn't help any. I can run it by
typing "winword.exe /a" though its rather odd. Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated!

I tried the site to no avail, i've renamed/deleted the
normal.dot and the startup files and the registry key, when
i deleted the registry key and then opened word it said
something was saved so i clicked OK and it came up but then
performed the same illegal operation. Any thoughts at all?
