winword caused error in <unknown>

Each time I use word 2000, it works fine, until I close
it. Then I get the following message: "Winword has caused
an error in <unknown>. Winword will now close." Then it
tells me to restart if it continues. Restarting does not
help. Any ideas??

You need to replace your normal.dot template. Do a search
for normal.dot and delete it. A new template will be
created when you re-open word.
