Winword error in MSVCRT.DLL

Not a new problem, Windows 2000 is often shutting down
after the following error message: "Winword has caused an
erro in MSVCRTDLL.

Winword will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting
your computer."


Using Windows ME.
