Winword Error - Memory could not be "read"

Hello:

When I perform the Mail Merge. It have the following error!

I have install SP3 on Win2K, It have SR-2 with Office SP3.

Description:
Application popup: Microsoft Word: WINWORD.EXE - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x305dcb2c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program



Any Idea?
