Winword error message when inserting CLIP ART WORD 2K

Hello, am running windows 98se and office 2k and when i
try and insert a clipart into a document i get a windows
error message, winword, this program has performed an
illegal operation and wil be shut down. if the problem
persits please contact the program vendor:

winword caused an invaild page fault in module RPCRT4.DLL
at 0167:7fbd0894
registers:
EAX=00633493 cs=0167 eip=7fbd0894 eflgs=00010216

why is this? ihave tried to reinstall office and even
windows and problem still persists.
