WINWORD.EXD

Word will not open. It says that Winword has caused an
error in Winword.exe and that it will now close. I have
tried restarting my computer without any solution to the
problem.
If someone can help, I would appreciate it! Thanks!

I am getting the same message. I have run scan disk and
defragmented with no luck. Like Nancy, I am asking for
help!! It would be appreciated!!
