Winword.exe Application Error

I created a set of forms in Word's Visual Basic Editor and
make it as DLL. When i execute this a new word document
opens with no name and i am unable to close the document.
So, i closed it with tak manager End Task option. After
when i open the Word then following error occurs.

An application error has occurred and an application error
log is being generated.

Winword.exe

Exception: access violation (0cx0000005), Address:
0x030395c27.

How to resolve it.

Dont use magic forms. That is properly instance the variable that
holds them like any other class object.
