Winword.EXE - Application Error

I had a problem when opened word's document.
It occurs only at Word not Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.

Header Windows :
DDE Server Window: WINWORD.EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "0x6504eaf1" referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory couldn't be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug the program

Please help me !
