Winword.exe - Application Error

Hi,

What fixes can we apply whenever we encounter Winword.exe -
Application Error
The exact error is : The instruction at "0x30a62878"
reference memory at "0x00000080". The memory could not be
read. Click on ok to terminate the program. Click on
Cancel to debug the program.
We are using office 2000.
