winword.exe error In Word 2003

While working in Word, I get about 10 minutes in and the I get the Microsoft
Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to close dialog box. The
error reads:

AppName:winword.exe
AppVer:11.0.8215.0
AppStamp:48000d55
ModName:winword.exe

I cant find any solutions online to this. Does anyone have any ideas?

This is nearly always a conflict with an add-in, Anti Virus, a partially
corrupt or incompatible printer driver or even corrupt normal.dot (or
template). Unfortunately, there isn't much to go on from the error message.
