Winword.exe error on close

I have a user who is having a Winword.exe error message. It happens
everytime he closes word. Here are the details of the error message:

AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 10.0.2672.0
ModName: vbe6.dll
ModVer: 6.3.91.8
Offset: 000192d1

Hi Darin,



The vbe6.dll error indicates a conflict between an add-in, such as
Adobe PDFMaker, and Norton AV.



If using Norton then disable the "Office Plug-in" option found in
Norton Options in the Miscellaneous section.
