Winword.exe Error (Slightly Different)

I work in the MIS Department and one of the people in accounting is
currently encountering the "WinWord.exe - Application Error at
instruction XXXXXX at referenced memory XXXXXX the memory could not be
read." Now before your go reffering me to that FAQ I see everyone
pointed to, I already read and tried everything in there. Some of it
doesn't apply, I tried what does apply to us and it didn't work.
Besides, heres is slightly different, I noticed on all of the previous
posts that this error occurs for people either when they open or close
word. For us, it happen whenever she tries to Print, and only then. It
never happens unless she tries to print, and it doesn't always happen,
only every now and then. Now, she has no network printers installed,
she uses a local one. We are running NAV but have no Word plugin. So,
any ideas what it might be and how to fix it? Could it be a corrupt
local printer driver? Thanks in advance for your help.

I'd say the first line of attack would definitely be to delete and reinstall
the printer.
