WINWORD.EXE Error

When trying to open a Word document I get the following error. The
application failed to initilize properly (0Xc0150002) Click OK to terminate
the application.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application to no avail. Any help?

Uninstall Office. Navigate to Windows or Microsoft update and install all
updates for Windows . Install MS office. Navigate to Office updarte and
install all updates for office (or do that from Microsoft update).
