WINWORD.EXE Error

Hello, all

I can't open my Microsoft Word 2000 because it keeps
showing an error message. I send it, but it doesn't help.
No matter how many time I tried to open it, it never
does. It just goes 'Document 1, Document 2, Document 3...'

It showed me this:

AppName: winword.exe AppVer:9.0.0.3822
ModName: winword.exe ModVer: 9.0.0.3822
offset: 00395c27
