winword.exe has generated errors

[JPS]

While opening word I get the error message...
"WINWORD.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log has been created."
I has successfully loaded the lastest service packs as
instructed but this doesnt work...
Any suggestions?
