Winword.exe problem on opening program -- Hpzpm312.dll

Every time I open Word I get an error and the program must close. The
report indicates ModName hpzpm213.dll.

Any help?

The error seems to point to your HP printer or other peripheral as the
problem.

I am having the same problem. With me, I only experience this whenever I am
not connected to my network - I am guessing that if Word cannot "see" my hp
printer, then Word terminates with this error message about the HP dll.

Does anyone know how to fix this??

You need to have the printer driver installed locally even if the printer is
on the network.
