whenever starting word 2000 i now get error message:

winword has caused an error in winword.exe
winword will now close.

i have reinstalled word and microsoft works as well as
windows ME. still get the same error message. i also
recieve error message:

A required DLL file
PSAPI.DLL was not found

whenever i start or restart my computer.

???????
