winword faulting module ntdll.dll

Hi,

We become after IE6 update SP1 the following error msg at PC´s:

Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.4109.0, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.0.2195.6899, fault address 0x0004c8e1.

Configuration:
Windows 2000 SP4 with Office XP SP3 all Netherlands installed in
Domain.

ANY help welcome !
