winword has caused an error in MSI.DLL

I need help with this issues:
first, when my computer loads windows ME I recive an
error osa9 has caused an error in MSI.DLL I click OK and
nothing happens but when I try to open Word 2000 Pro I
recive WinWord has caused an error in MSI.DLL and needs
to close,
I can't use word...What can I do?

Heeeeeelllllllpppppppp......
