Hi there,
I have got a serious Word problem and cannot access my documents
anymore.
Until this afternoon Word was working fine. But tonight it suddenly
refused to open. While opening, it gets stuck halfway and I get the
following error message:
Winword
An error has occurred in your program.
When I click the Details button (after clicking Close), I get the
following details:

I have tried to repair Word using the Word disk, and after that I have
reinstalled Word (without removing it), but the problem persists.
Is there anyone out there who could help me, please? I'm desperate!
Thanks very much indeed,
Jason
