Each time I start Word 2007, I see the notification at the bottom left that
it's running a virus scan of some sort. I know this is related to Norton
AntiVirus 2007 (at least I think it is). I know how to unselect the option
in Norton, telling Norton not to protect Word files by running a virus scan.
But even though I unselect it, as soon as I run Word again, the virus scan
still occurs and the Norton box then has a check mark in it (the box
indicating that it should scan in Word).
Is there any way to stop this from happening, other than uninstalling
Norton?
Thanks for the help!
