WinXP Pro SP2 and Office 2K SP3 (Outlook Forms)

Several months ago I created an Outlook Form using O2kSP3 on Win2K SP4. It
worked great once I got a few bugs worked out (thanks to Sue). Then my
department migrated to XP Pro SP2, our Office Suite stayed the same. Now my
little form doesn't work anymore. It just sits in my outbox and stares back
at me refusing to go anywhere.

The form works just the way it always on W2k SP4 machines. Also I have
turned off my XP firewall.

I hit the newsgroups and found an issue that seemed similar. The advice that
GURU Sue advised was to take the check mark out of the "Send Form definition
with item" then re-publish the form out to the Exchange Server. Sorry to say
that it didn't work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or anything close? If so, can you
please tell me how to fix it?
