Hello,
I'm using an Exchange 2003 server with Outlook 2007 running on Windows XP
clients. I have a user who is stating when he makes a remote VPN connection
via hardwired or tethered (Blackberry) internet connection he can access his
mailbox via Outlook no problem. However when he uses a wireless connection,
Outlook sits in a 'disconnected' status. He has stated he experiences this
behavior at the same location where he has hardwired and wireless connections
and also at different WiFi hotspots.
Any ideas why and how to resolve?
Thanks....
