Wish for 2004

Is there any chance at all that Office 2004 will include group
calendaring capability on a local server? We use Office and appreciate
it, but are getting to the point where we need coordination in our
offices. This would help!

Hi Bob,

Thank you for sharing your wish with everyone here in the newsgroup. You
have a great wish.

But Microsoft does not have anyone in particular who reads the public
newsgroups, so if you want Microsoft to know about the wish you need to send
it to them. Here's the URL
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/feedback/suggestion.asp

Your wish is a good one, so please take a moment to send it in.

The best way to make your wishes known is to use the Help/Send Feedback
on <application> menu item in any Office v.X app or use the direct URI
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/feedback/suggestion.asp).

I don't know whether this particular feature is included in Office 2004
or not. The only major new item that's been released is the Project
Center - more information will undoubtedly be doled out as the shipping
date approaches.

While it's too late to get any major new features into Office 2004, it
will certainly be taken into account for future releases (and if it's
included, the feedback certainly doesn't hurt).
