"Wish to Debug?" error message/Bad page transition

Could someone please check the link below. I added/imported this site into a new folder within my primary site. When I check it on one of my computers, the transition from page to page seems "choppy" and not smooth as normal. On my other computer, I am getting this error message everty time I try to hover over the navigation links... "A Runtime Error Has Occured. Do You Wish to Debug?

Do you see a problem as well? If so, any idea what the problem may be

GM,

I had no trouble navigating the site. Pages switched
normally for me.

Since there aren't any obvious problems with the site, you
may wish to just get rid of this message in IE.

You can disable this warning in IE

Tools>>Internet Options>>Advanced>> Look under "Browsing"
and check "Disable script debugging".

Your page is looking for animate.js in the same folder as the page, but the
file does not exist.
