Within Range?

First let me say that this group is incredible and I appreciate everyone's
input to my continued education. :)

Second.... How would you write :

If Target is in Range A1:C10 then
blah blah blah
Else
more blah
End If

I am looking for the cleanest way to determine if a cell lies within a range
by using the range's address...
