Wizard Error

I keep getting the message "you can only run one instance of the list box
wizard at a time" whenever I try to create a list box using the wizard. It
appears to only happen in one particular database. I already did a compact
repair. I also imported all the objects into a new database and I still get
the error. This is Access 2000
