Wizard Problems

I am having the same problems with XP and office 2003! So
far I have repaired, uninstalled and re-installed to no
avail! If there is an answer I'd sure like to know what it
is. If I find one I'll let you know.

I called MS to find a solution to this. Here was the
resolution that fixed it:

esolution:
------------
- Checked the value for sandbox mode from the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\Engines-
Changed the value of sandbox mode from 3 to 2.
